Who we are

What we collect

Through the contact form we only collect the name, email address and message you send us. The server technically logs the IP address of the request for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

To reply to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request) and to protect the site against automated messages (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest). We do not use the data for marketing and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last correspondence and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Who has access

Only the ReJuice staff who answer messages and our web and email hosting provider, with servers in the European Union. The data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies and does not include analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, email office@rejuice.ro. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
